Even we can’t read it
What you post in a circle is locked before it leaves your phone, and only the circle’s members have the key. Noo’s server stores it but can’t open it. Places, like your building’s noticeboard, are different: Noo’s server can read them.
You set the order
Home shows everything new in one place. You pick how it’s sorted: newest first, people first, your own order, or a mix. The rule is shown on screen, and the sorting happens on your phone, so nobody builds a profile of you.
